Dean has spent over 20 years working in construction and facilities management, and founded Senator Safety to bring that experience to other businesses as a retained QHSE consultancy — quality, health, safety and environmental support, without the overhead of hiring in-house.
Under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, every UK employer is required to have access to competent health and safety assistance. Senator Safety exists to make that genuinely affordable — using AI to handle the volume of day-to-day questions and document drafting, with Dean reviewing and standing behind the answers that matter.
